Brake Pad Dynamometer

General Information
Brake Pad Dynamometer (Model BDM220) can adjust the speed of the disc using low and high speed motor drive, and it designed to real time display and records the friction force of the disc specimen to brake pad which is to be caused by the pressures applied on both sides of the Disc. It can perform the low and high speed test by changing the mode, and the test conditions can be set from the operation program.

Brake Pad & Disc Wear Simulator

General Information
Brake pad and disc wear simulator realizes the wear phenomenon that occurs when brake wheel and brake pad are activated in an actual commercial vehicle, and is a device that collects and measure the noise/vibration and wear debris-fine dust generated during braking. With a structure consisting of a motor to control the wheel revolution speed and a hydraulic & brake system to control the braking condition of brake pad, it consists of operation programs that can control the braking condition of pad, and automatically measure the braking torque.
